me and my boyfriend just ordered doordash 9/11/25 around 8pm. there was a literal pencil in my sandwich. my boyfriend called and the guy who answered said there was nothing he could do and he wouldn’t give us any higher ups number.

Inconsistent service. Sometimes they charge even for one, Sometimes they give a bunch for free. Service depends upon the person at the cash register. It should be consistent as well as the employees need to learn to speak politely. The girl at the register is super rude. Wouldn’t visit again.
