“O” Consistency of the quality. I recently bought a chicken biryani, and it was quite disappointing—it seemed like they just filled it with rice and bones! It’s important to ensure that the food you sell meets customer expectations. You don’t need to sell something that doesn’t quite meet your standards just to make ends meet.

Their food is comparatively better than other Bangladeshi restaurants. Employees are nice as well. Sitting area is clean. They have wide variety of Bangladeshi dishes. I really love their sweets. It’s a busy restaurant.
