Is everytime i get here after am being waiting for around 20 minutes and get to the window thet said have to wait for another 15 minutes to get my chiken ready. And they come like 20 minutes later.

Superb fried chicken everytime I visit! Bright and clean inside dining room area. My only concern is there's an extremely short lady, South/Central American, possibly a manager that can be abrasive, disregarding customer service! Otherwise everyone else is superb...
