<strong>Turkuaz</strong> takes its name from the turquoise colored sea in Turkey and Mediterranean and brings a culinary experience to NYC.

We started twenty years ago in the Upper West Side and moved to Midtown West in 2019.

 

Our food is healthy and flavorful, with a lot of Turkish and Eastern Mediterranean delicacies, our service is friendly and professional and our atmosphere is romantic and transporting. Our location is ideal for theater crowd and tourists. Whether you are on your own and are looking for a quick bite, or you want to spend time with your sweetheart or friends, you will have a great time at Turkuaz.

You can start your dinner with falafel, shepherd salad, hummus, babaghannoush, or other appetizers and then for the main course choose one from the kebabs such as chicken shish, lamb shish kebab, bronzino and salmon among others.

At the end, you can finish your meal with our homemade, delicious baklava, accompanied by Turkish coffee or our special tea from the Black Sea region.
