What a wonderful masjid, may Allah bless all the sisters and brothers in this community. I was here visiting friends and this was recommended as a good place to celebrate Eid and that was truly a good recommendation. Really beautiful facility and so many young brothers learning Quran recital, the place was ringing like a bell, or like a hive of bees. May Allah be pleased with them all.
I spent my first Ramadan in Orange County and I love this mosque. So welcoming and so beautiful, so many people and so many Ramadan events. Always lively and is one of my favorite masjids. Alahamdulliah that this is my new local masjid! I was also able to attend many of their Qiyams, which are beautiful.
Ordering here can be curious, since I just found a touch screen and no people at the front. I think that they will happily help you order, if you need.
Once I figure out the order process, I was up and running. The food arrived soon after I ordered. I did the tacos.
The tacos were awesome, with a pita-style shell, instead of a tortilla. The sauces were outstanding!
The place has seating and the tables are not crowded together, making this place a very comfortable spot in a great downtown area. It was rather quiet, given the location.
The staff was friendly, fast, and really helpful. Love this place! It was definitely a score! Check out the "pico de gallo." The taco plate is great.
What makes this place unique is that absolutely EVERYTHING is made from scratch in-house—and it shows in every bite. For those looking for Halal options, this is the place: the restaurant is 100% Halal certified.

The passion for cooking is evident in every dish, and it's no surprise when you know that behind it is the famous Anwar Jibawi and his mother Amal, who have brought the family recipes we've seen in their YouTube videos directly to the table.
PRO TIP: If you've seen their YouTube videos, order the dishes you've seen Amal prepare—they're just as amazing in person! I loved the Spicy Labna.
